The offer is this simple: We can deliver and install printers and photocopiers at your request to service your environment. We will work with your IT so everyone can print and we will give training on the machines all free of charge. The only thing we ask is an agreement from you stating you will pay for the copying and printing done on these devices at a very competitive price. That cost covers the running of the machine including all your toners, any service calls and parts the machine should need while on site. (Excluding customer damage)
The machine will remain the property of Latent Digital Solutions and you can ask for the equipment to be removed at any time without penalties or charges except for the prints you have done up to that time.
